The Training and Development team will look after your progression journey throughout your employment at New College Durham. This includes your induction, your probationary, your appraisals and all training and development opportunities throughout your career with New College Durham.
New College Durham is very committed to developing and providing opportunities to its employees; therefore, the College has regular dedicated days for Staff Development. On these days staff are welcome and encouraged to attend a range of workshops to help with their CPD progression. To celebrate the end of an academic year and to say a big thank you to all our staff, the Training and Development team also arrange a Team NCD Day. During this day staff take part in various fun activities and attend an award show to celebrate the staff and work at New College Durham.
